Immersion disinfection process for the inner wall of drinking water pipe:
After the elimination of chickens, turn off the "water supply switch", then open all the back end doors of drinking pipes on each floor, and use an air pump to drain the residual water in the drinking pipes; Turn on the "water supply switch", use a doser to add Kentes detergent with a concentration of 1/10000, soak it for 48 hours, and then flush it out with clean water; After being washed out with clean water, use bleaching powder with a concentration of two thousandths to soak, and wash with clean water after soaking for 24 hours; After washing out with clean water, soak with 1/10000 potassium permanganate and rinse after soaking for 30 minutes; The day before chicken feeding, use 1/10000 potassium permanganate to soak again, soak for 30 minutes, and then rinse.
Strong acid and strong alkaline scale removers will corrode the accessories (steel balls, nipples, springs and other metal objects) in the closed drinking water system, causing damage to the equipment. Therefore, weak acid and alkaline or weak oxidation scale removers should be selected to effectively protect the quality of the equipment. After the detergent is used, there are many impurities immersed in the drinking water pipe. If the drinking water pipe cannot be flushed out well, the nipple of the drinking water pipe will be blocked. Therefore, after the disinfection is completed, it is necessary to check the water outlet condition of the drinking water pipe nipple of the chicken breeding equipment one by one, and replace it in time if it is blocked.
